But you never write a check for bottom paint, never argue with a marina about slip rates, and never wonder whether your boat is ready when you arrive — because our team has already confirmed it is.

ZERO SURPRISES
No hidden fees. Operating dues cover everything except the fuel you burn and provisions you bring.

OPERATING DUES
Your share of insurance, maintenance, storage, cleaning, compliance, and management. Adjusted annually at CPI (currently modeled at 2.5%). Everything covered except consumed fuel.

CAPITAL ALLOCATION FEE
Your fixed monthly share of the vessel's capital structure: interest and scheduled depreciation. Locked for the term. No surprises, no reassessments.
Tied to the vessel's residual value. When the boat sells well, you share the upside.

EQUITY PARTICIPATION
Unlike a boat club membership that's gone the moment you cancel, Coast's fractional ownership program ties you to the actual asset, including its residual value when the vessel is sold at the end of the program term.

RESIDUAL VALUE EXIT
At the end of your term, the vessel is sold at fair market value. If it sells above the modeled residual, you receive a pro-rata credit. Your downside is capped. Your upside is not.

UNLIMITED SEASONAL ACCESS
No day caps. No hourly meters. Book as many time slots as your schedule allows during the season. Three daily windows — morning, afternoon, and evening — give you flexibility for everything from sunrise fishing runs to twilight cocktail cruises along the skyline. Secure up to 4 weekend slots and 4 weekday slots at a time, with just 12 hours' notice required to reserve or cancel. Slots run from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, giving you ample time for day trips or evening adventures.

TRAINING & CREW OPTIONS
Two operators trained per membership at no extra charge. Our training covers vessel systems, navigation, docking, and safety protocols specific to your assigned boat. When you want to be a guest on your own vessel, professional crew is available at transparent hourly rates.

TOTAL VESSEL MANAGEMENT
Insurance, maintenance, winterization, storage, cleaning, safety compliance, and documentation — all managed by Coast and covered by your operating dues. The only variable costs you see are fuel consumed and any provisions you bring aboard.

EXCLUSIVE COMMUNITY
Membership is by invitation and limited from 4 to 8 fractional owners per vessel. You'll join a curated group of professionals and families who share your appreciation for time on the water with opportunities for member events, dock socials, and coordinated outings.

FLEET UPGRADES
Want to experience a larger vessel for a special occasion? Crew-required upgrades within the Coast fleet are available at no additional base cost beyond the crew fee. Take clients out on the 43 LS for a corporate outing, then cruise the Sportsman for a weekend fishing trip.

PREDICTABLE ECONOMICS
Your costs are structured and transparent: a fixed Capital Allocation Fee, annual Operating Dues adjusted modestly for inflation, and pass-through fuel. No emergency repair assessments. No surprise insurance hikes. No marina negotiation. Just predictable monthly expenses
